Cast iron bridge on which a disc holding spindle and a cutter holder spindle has been installed. The bridge moves on tracks by means of wheels automatically lubricated by grease, well protected; the movement is possible thanks to a motor reducer with kinematics mechanism pinion/rack, with inclined tooth, controlled by a Brushless motor.
Electro-spindle with 26,5 kw (in S6 service) which holds the disc with max. diameter 1000 mm; the disc is well protected by a stainless steel casing. The disc holding spindles move along the bridge on linear recirculation ball and guide assembly automatically lubricated by grease. The movement is carried on by a motor reducer with kinematics mechanism pinion/rack, with inclined tooth, controlled by a Brushless motor. The disc holding spindle height can be adjusted with a stroke of 600 mm; the adjustment is possible thanks to a motor reducer with screw kinematics mechanism controlled by a Brushless motor.
It is possible to turn the spindle at 455° (-90°/+365°) The movement is possible thanks to a motor reducer controlled by a Brushless motor.
It is possible to rake the spindle at 90° (from horizontal to vertical). The movement is possible thanks to a motor reducer controlled by a Brushless motor.
